I was not expecting much, honestly. It was a free sample included in my regular order. Wow. I don't know what's in this stuff but I had a half of one and 10 minutes later all the pain in my body from my torn rotator cuff and my bad disc was magically removed. I've had oxycontin and I would have to say this is in the same vein. It's now 4 hours later and I'm still feeling pretty good
