I’ll tell again since you keep asking. They not only suppress appetite but also keeps my back feeling much better. No longer need the IB or muscle relaxers to get moving in the morning. That snowballs and now my stomach no longer irritated. I take at 8-2-8 and feel great!try it you’ll like it!
My wife has fibromylgia. She uses this. It helps. Manage the pain. By doing so we both get a better nights sleep.
These actually taste pretty good and I enjoy to take one after work. Feels like very clean pain relief
