These gummies actually do suppress my apatite. Sometimes I'll take one in the morning and one before bed bc I get nighttime cravings and these allow me to sleep throughout the night with zero cravings. Since I've been taking them I have lost 10 pounds. Also, water weight- that is definitely coming off. I can feel that a few lunches came off.
