Really good. It was my first time and I had 1 Square. After 2 hours I was flying. I had dry mouth and was very light headed. After about 4 hours it wore off. I felt tired after that. I would recommend these for sleeping if you plan to sleep 4 hours or later. Start with a half a square if you are new.
