These are great to assist in a good nights sleep! I only need 1/2 of a gummie each night approx one hour before bedtime.
I loved the blackberry flavor but most of all, I like that the gummies help me to get a good night's sleep.
Product was smooth easy to use and left the body feeling numb enough to be able to function but not enough to be put out a commission would highly recommend for those 50 plus or older who go through extreme body pain or chronic pain and it's great for when you have a headache or migraine it takes it away within the first puff and it's great for muscle pain and sore and aching muscles
