Well I've gotten unexpected results with these. I've had horrible night sweats for a year now and nothing stopped it, not even prescriptions... until I started eating half of one of these at bedtime. Whoa boy. Be careful with these at first. Quarter gummy had me pretty out of it and almost a little drunk feeling. Maybe start with an eigth of a gummy and ease up from there.
