This product is the best I have ever used for sleep, good sleep no hangovers. Delta 10 is my go-to when I need help to go to sleep.
My husband and I love this product. It's pretty potent, so we take a small amount (1 gummy for him, 1/2 for me.) It's enough to make our Saturday nights a blast with a full-body buzz and some fun psychotropic effects. (Both of us get dizzy, and my heartrate went up. You should definitely check with your doc first if you're on blood pressure meds.)
You definitely should NOT drive, so plan accordingly. We also reserve this for times when we're alone together. Let's just say it's a great marital aid.
