This creme has provided me with significant relief while playing golf. I have osteoarthritis in both knees and prior to using the creme I would need to ice my knees for at least an hour to continue with the rest of my day. The pain in my knees is still there but much, much less.

It's easy to apply and absorb into the skin. The effects last for hours. The best time to apply this cream is at bedtime to keep pain at bay and ensure a good nights sleep. If there is any con, it would be the price.
