Melatonin capsules are sometimes used as a sleep aid in children, although its safety and effectiveness in this age group have not been fully established. Melatonin is not approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use in children, and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) does not currently recommend the use of melatonin for children.
There is some evidence that melatonin may be effective in helping children with certain sleep disorders, such as insomnia and restless leg syndrome. However, more research is needed to determine the long-term effects of melatonin in children, and the appropriate dosage for different age groups.
and feel a slight weight loss. I don't get the munchies on
the weekend as bad as I used to. I will continue using this
product as long as I continue seeing the scale go down.
Like with anyting else, as long as you see progress, don not give up. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
