I purchased this for a friend with terminal cancer. Immediately, he felt more able to eat, as his nausea subsided, from chemo. He has continued the drops three to four times daily, and has survived a full year longer than Doctors expected...AND COUNTING!! He credits the CBD, and is continuing to take them. Yes, he is still terminal, but last statement from Dr, the cancer is stable,growth is slow, and hasn't metastasized. MUCH to his surprise. Not making claims...just stating what happened.
