Take this twice a day to help with the arthritis pain that I deal with daily. It doesn't end the pain but it sure does make it easier to cope with the pain. I went off of the CBD once. I only lasted 4 days and the pain was so intense I had to resume the CBD. I will be using these products for the rest of my life.
