I very much believe in transparency and frankness. This time, the rating is "5". That's quite an improvement over the last one, or two which were as low as possible. Why? Shipping screw ups, then broken promise(s) in terms of the fix generally, and taking way too long to get that fix. But they did fix it in the end. No one can purchase actual time back, or "refund" time, but they can extend a real olive branch and fill your order again at no cost and throw in an extra to boot. Yeah. Just like they did for me. I appreciate that very much. I'm still debating whether to order again just because I don't know what kind of shipping time to reasonably expect. Nevertheless, as I said, they did more than make up for the issue - as much as anyone could do, and then some. Thanks again.
While you do not have the ability to change the billing date that the card will be charged, you can skip the charge for that month to the next recurring order month.
