The first one I ordered was defective and did not charge at all. When I let customer service know they immediately made things right. I am very impressed with their customer service for their fast action. Hard to find that these days in a company. I am now a loyal customer.
How many days in advance do I have to cancel a subscription before getting charged?
You can cancel up to 24 hours before the billing date. Or simply skip that months subscription and wait until the next scheduled subscription.
Can the subscription billing date be changed?
While you do not have the ability to change the billing date that the card will be charged, you can skip the charge for that month to the next recurring order month.
If I purchase a combination of products for a subscription and/or items that are not under subscription, will there be a shipping charge?
