How do gift cards work?
A gift card is a form of payment that can be used to make purchases at Diamond CBD in lieu of credit or debit cards. All you need to do is purchase a gift card and your account will then hold a balance that you or the recipient of the gift card can use on future purchases.
To see your gift card balance, check its expiration date, and find your gift card code, please visit your account's Gift Cards tab.
How can I purchase a gift card?
You can either purchase a gift card the same way you would any other product! Simply visit our Gift Cards page and select your desired gift card balance amount. If you’re part of our Rewards Program, you can use your points to redeem gifts, including gift cards.
How do I redeem a gift card?
To redeem a gift card, all you need to do is enter your gift card code in the gift card field during checkout. To find your gift card code, visit the Your Orders tab or look through your email to find the code.
How do I check my gift card balance?
To check your gift card balance, you can visit the Gift Cards tab on your account page. There, you'll see your active and inactive gift cards and the remaining balance of any gift cards currently active.
Alternatively, you can visit our Gift Cards Balance page and enter your unique gift card code plus the email originally used to purchase the gift card. You’ll see your gift card’s remaining balance there as well.
Do gift cards expire?
Any gift card that you purchase does not expire. Free gift cards claimed from promotions or sales, however, expire within 30 days of claiming.
Other questions
I bought or received a gift card but I can't find it.
If you bought the gift card from your own account, visit your account page's Gift Cards tab. There, you will see any active or inactive gift cards, their balance, and more. Additionally, you can also find your gift card information in your email.
If you received a gift card from someone but can't find them, ask them to follow the steps above and share the gift card's unique code with you. Once you have the code, you can input it at checkout.
Can I return a gift card?
No, gift cards are non-refundable.
Can I use multiple gift cards in one order?
No, you can only use one gift card per order.
Can I split an order between a gift card and credit card?
Yes, if the total of your order is more than a gift card balance, the remaining amount will be charged to your credit card.
How can I check if my gift card is active or inactive?
To check whether a gift card is active or inactive, visit the Gift Cards tab in your account. There, you will find two sections: active and inactive gift cards.
Your active gift cards will display the original amount on the gift card, your current balance, and, if applicable, your gift card's expiration dates.
Inactive gift cards are gift cards that have either expired or have no remaining balance. If you think a gift card was mistakenly marked as inactive, please contact our customer support team.
Can I use less than the full value of my gift card?
Yes! If your order total is less than the total available balance on your gift card, you can apply the remaining balance to a later purchase.
To check a remaining balance after only using a portion of your gift card amount, please check the Gift Cards tab on your account.
Do sales and discounts apply to purchasing gift cards?
No, sales and discounts are not applied to gift cards.
Can I buy a gift card for someone else?
Yes, you can either copy and paste your gift card code and send it to the intended receiver of the gift card or you can forward the email we send with your gift card information. Please be aware, however, that to check their gift card balance, the person receiving your gift will need to input the email used to purchase the gift card originally.
Will you mail me a physical gift card or are they virtual only?
For your convenience, our gift cards are virtual only. All you need is the code attached to your gift card order and you’ll be able to use the balance as at checkout.
