Exactly what I was looking for! An edible upper! Not a downer! Relaxes me without making me sleepy! Doesn't give me the over top munchies. However It does make you quite thirsty! Lol However I will be purchasing again soon! Also the amout of supply that was given is absolutely perfect.
These really do help with telling your mind "I AM NOT HUNGRY"!! I usually took it around noon and it helped decrease the want of afternoon munchies as well as the evening after dinner. I also felt that it helped decrease what I consumed for my dinner. Definitely going to take these everyday as I like the feeling of not always looking for something to munch on.
