Can you explain how to use CBD oil?

How you use or dose your CBD oil can depend on several different things, including your age, weight, height, and CBD oil tolerance. We typically recommend the low and slow methods. Start with the lowest dose possible, and slowly work your way up until you find an amount that works for you. Typically, we recommend that new users try products within the 250mg to 500mg range while experienced users may want something more, which is why we have products ranging anywhere from 750mg up to 3500mg and beyond. Remember, you can always take more, but you can never take less. A good rule to follow when determining an optimal CBD dose is to take anywhere from 1-6mg for every 10 pounds of body weight based on the consumers needs. For example, a great starting dose for someone who weighs 150lbs would be somewhere between 15-25mg, and for a 200lbs patient would range from 20 to 33mg.
